Nothing like cooking your favourite meal to make a Sunday even more fun and memorable! Yesterday’s menu was Baked Veg Jalfrezi with Cheese Puris... Made a superb and tasty combination! Jalfrezi was topped with white sauce and cheese band made the dish all the more indulging and creamy! The leftover jalfrezi went into making sandwiches for our Monday breakfast!
