Liquid Measure :

1 tbsp = 3 tsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml

1/8 cup = 2 tbsp
¼ cup = 4 tbsp
½ cup = 100 ml = 8 tbsp
1 cup = 200 ml = 16 tbsp

 

Metric :

  100 gms = ½ cup

 

Measuring ounces :

1 ounce = 25 gms = 4 tbsp
8 ounce = 225 gms
